Oliver first appeared in ToonTrouble 1. He is one of the original 4 characters of the Toon trouble saga. Oliver is a funny character with wise cracking jokes and always looks out for his friends. Oliver is the creator of Vortex & Super mouse .He started dating Amber just before his death, at the end of Toon Trouble 4 Rise of the Blackhearted.
